This software was particularly designed for the immigration companies keeping in mind all the problems of the immigration companies, which they face while dealing with their clients.

1. ENQUIRY: - The Enquiry module gives all the details of the customer.

2. COUNSELOR :-
   
   The second module is the counseling where the client is analyzed by the counselor who decide weather he is eligible or not. If he becomes eligible the contract is signed if he does not become eligible the contract is not signed. And gives his remarks to the client for further reference.

3. ACCOUNTS MODULE:-
   
   When the client becomes eligible. The account department generates a unique client Id for that client for the further reference. This is the module where when the client when becomes eligible he has to pay the amount to the accounts department. Here are different stages of payment like. Stage 1, stage 2, stage 3 or he can pay the amount in the installments. This Module was also made flexible during the updating of the software in such a way that Client Id can be made without having to go through enquiry process..

5. CLIENT SERVICING
   
   This module is created to handle the queries asked by the client. The query of the client can be handled within short time.
   
   As this module gives you flexibility to handle the query. It contains all the details of the client.

   • Documentation
   • Medical date
   • Visa date
   • Interview date
   And any other query asked by the client.
    

6. General Reports: -
   
   With report module you can know all the detail of all the clients related to all the fields in details.

   And also can assign the user rights to all the users.
